Jakub Skalický is a television screenwriter and director. He studied humanities, II. Faculty of Medicine and FAMU in Prague. Since the mid-1990s, he has been working on his own audio-visual projects as an author and director. Puls, Kult-off, Friday Night Fever or Paskvil. They are always multi-part cycles covering mainly progressive culture and art. And they always have a distinctive art style, which is another area he loves.
